Virtual tours hosted on Matterport are an excellent way for prospective buyers to get a good feel for the layout of the property from the comfort of their own home. Some homes are just not well represented in flat, 2D photos. Our intuitive interactive tour lets buyers see the home in complete 360 degree views. Tours are also available to be used on MLS and social media.

Our video tours are so much more than a bland, poorly lit and shaky cell phone video. This is not a slide show of pictures set to music. We use sophisticated equipment and professional editing software to showcase all the home has to offer.
Aerial Views
For a fresh perspective we make use of aerial drone footage. This can be of huge benefit if there are unique features to the property that the seller would like to emphasize that are best seen from the sky. Like our video tours we meticulously edit the footage in an effort to display the true beauty of the property. This includes video and 5 still shots from the sky. We have FAA certification with approval to fly within Klamath Falls city limits.
